Attorney Adam Rosenberg Joins ZVMLaw
ZVMLaw is thrilled to announce that attorney Adam N. Rosenberg has joined the firm as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Ann Arbor headquarters. Adam spent the first six years of his legal career as an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Morrison Foerster, where he practiced in the areas of litigation, antitrust investigations, and compliance. ZVMLaw Successfully Advocates for Gender-Neutral Model Civil Jury Instructions
On July 8, 2024, the Michigan Committee on Model Civil Jury Instructions adopted a number of amendments incorporating gender-neutral language into the Model Civil Jury Instructions. In adopting the new amendments, the committee acknowledged ZVMLaw’s advocacy in highlighting certain instructions containing binary gender pronouns.

ZVMLaw’s Managing Member Anne E. Linder was the special guest speaker at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s fireside chat in celebration of LGBTQ+ Pride Month titled “Reflect, Empower, Unite,” was sponsored by the FDIC’s Office of Minority and Women Inclusion. ZVMLaw Obtains Complete Trial Victory in Business Dispute Case
On November 15, 2023, ZVMLaw secured a jury trial victory for its client Abraham Landscape Group (“ALG”) in a breach of contract case relating to hundreds of services ALG provided to City Club Apartments. After a three-day jury trial in the Circuit Court of Oakland County, Michigan, the jury returned a complete verdict in ALG’s favor.

On October 2, 2023, ZVMLaw, along with local California counsel Epstein Holtzapple Christo LLC (“EHC”), notched a significant victory in California State Court by successfully defeating an anti-SLAPP motion brought against its client Thomas Smith, a prominent podcaster and media personality.
ZVMLaw Scores Win in New York Federal Court on Behalf of Prominent Violin Experts, Dealers, and Auction Houses
On September 28, 2023, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York issued an order granting ZVMLaw’s motion to dismiss a claim for product disparagement against several prominent violin dealers, experts, and auction houses that was brought by a violin owner who unsuccessfully sought to authenticate that a violin in his possession was produced by renowned Italian violin maker Antonio Stradivari.

On July 14, 2023, ZVMLaw secured a major victory on behalf of its client Comau LLC on a motion for summary disposition to dismiss certain claims brought against it concerning a project to install robotic body welding systems at the FCA Mack Avenue Plant in Detroit.
