ZVMLaw Names Anne Linder As Managing Member

ZVMLaw is pleased to announce that Anne E. Linder has been elevated to Managing Member effective January 1, 2024.  Anne, who first joined the firm in 2021, leads the firm’s corporate counsel and business advisory practice, where she counsels clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurs and creatives.  Prior to joining ZVMLaw, Anne worked as a litigator at a global law firm, served as Assistant General Counsel for one of the largest women-owned law firms in the country, and worked an Attorney-Counselor at the University of Michigan Law School.  Anne is passionate about helping clients find creative solutions at the intersection of law and business and committed to promoting diversity in the legal profession.  She received her B.A. from Bates College and her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

Anne takes over as Managing Member from Zachary V. Moen, who served in the role since founding ZVMLaw in 2020.  “Anne will be instrumental in helping to guide the firm’s strategic growth over the next year.  Her elevation to this position is a testament to the collaborative and inclusive environment I aspired to build when I founded this firm,” Zak said in a statement.
