Daniel A. Grossman (he/him) has over a decade of experience providing trusted legal counsel to clients ranging from entrepreneurs and startups to large global companies. Danny serves clients in New York, Michigan, and across the country.
As a litigator, Danny regularly represents clients in federal and state courts in complex litigation matters, including IP litigation, contract disputes, and disputes between shareholders and other business owners. Since joining ZVMLaw, Danny has produced tremendous results for his clients, including achieving a complete jury trial victory and prevailing on several major dispositive motions. Some of Danny’s victories can be found on the firm’s Representative Experience page.
An Ann Arbor native, Danny began his legal career as an associate in the New York City and Washington, D.C., offices of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where he practiced in the areas of commercial litigation and international arbitration. He was also of counsel to a New York City employment law boutique, representing and advising clients on a range of employment-related matters.
In addition to being an attorney, Danny was the founder of an acquired technology startup, where he developed a deep understanding of the needs of an early-stage business. His entrepreneurial background informs his passion for helping clients find creative solutions at the intersection of law and business.
Danny received his B.A. from Northwestern University and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
