ZVMLaw Joins Clark Hill

After six years of extraordinary growth and results for our clients, ZVMLaw is excited to announce that its business, technology, and intellectual property litigation team is joining the international law firm of Clark Hill PLC effective January 20, 2026.

With almost 800 lawyers and 30 offices, Clark Hill will allow us to offer a wider breadth of practice areas and enhanced geographic scope to our existing and future clients while retaining our client-centric approach and commitment to a collaborative culture, and without imposing significant increases to our existing rate structure.

Anne E. Linder, who headed ZVMLaw’s Corporate Counsel and Advisory practice, will be joining GentixHealth as its General Counsel of Corporate Legal.
