Of Counsel

About the Firm

ZVMLaw is a client-centered boutique law firm with “big firm” experience, sophistication, and results.  Headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with satellite offices in Chicago and New York, ZVMLaw represents national and international clients in complex litigation, business, and IP matters.  We combine the sophistication and expertise of the country’s top firms with innovative fee structures, diverse talent, and a focus on the client experience.

We work with a range of business clients, including a number of large Fortune 500 and global companies, and also serve a non-traditional and innovative business client base, including brands, creators, innovators, bloggers, podcasters, and influencers.  Our co-counsel or opposing counsel are often from some of the biggest law firms in Michigan, Chicago, New York, and elsewhere.

Our team members are ambitious, serious (without taking themselves too seriously), and collaborative.  We have varied life experiences and progressive values.  Our firm is a Certified LGBT Business Enterprise and a member of the National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF).  Our attorneys typically have a combination of background experience at a top law firm, in-house in a corporate legal department, and/or other entrepreneurial experience.

We seek attorneys on our team who are not only talented, creative, and driven, but also friendly and well-rounded.  We value having colleagues who are fun and collegial to work with and get frequent feedback from our clients that our team is what truly sets our firm apart.
